In this regard, the Company and its subsidiaries have established an anti-corruption policy to be a clearer, practical guideline to prevent and fight corruption within the Company and its subsidiaries. This is done by creating an organizational culture where everyone realizes the dangers of corruption, creates accurate values, and increases the confidence of all stakeholders in order to effectively prevent corruption.

The Company has been Certified as a Member of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC)

CAC Award

The Company was certified as a member of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC) on 30 September 2022 for the first time after declaring the intention to participate in the CAC on 25 February 2022. The Certification will be valid for 3 years as part of establishing a strong social network with corporate culture with all executives and employees to be aware of the dangers of corruption, along with working with a sense of morality, ethics, and being a good citizen to build the confidence of stakeholders as well as creating sustainability for further business development.
