1. IDF has investment in Bangkok AI-TOA Co., Ltd. (“Bangkok AI-TOA”) for 3.7% of shares, which Khun Pisith holding 6.4%. Moreover, other shareholders in Bangkok AI-TOA are not defined as connected person according to Notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board No. Torchor. 21/2551, Re: Rules on Connected Transactions.
2. The remaining shares of 49% is held by AEON join venture of the company. AEON is not defined as connected person according to Notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board No. Torchor. 21/2551, Re: Rules on Connected Transactions. However, ILM Malaysia has closed down the store since September 2018 and will proceed the legal action for further step.
