Discontinued Index Living Mall, Rattanathibet branch in January 2023 due to an expired rental contract. The Company plans to invest in additional branches in the future.
In May 2023, the Company formed a joint venture with Flash Express Company Limited to establish the brand "BULK BULK" as a comprehensive transportation service provider that offers furniture and large goods assembly and installation on an E-Commerce platform to expand its customer base from transportation to assembly and installation by professional teams.
Discontinued Index Furniture Center, Central Bangna branch in June 2023 due to an expired rental contract.
Little Walk, Krungthep-Kreetha Branch was launched in October 2023, with a sales area of 5,300 square meters. It is the fourth branch of Little Walk by the LITTLE WALK Company that capitalizes on opportunities and potential in Eastern Bangkok and has achieved a 100% occupancy rate since opening.
2022
Opened Index Living Mall and Little Walk - Lat Krabang in December 2022 as the Company’s 32nd Index Living Mall store and the 3rd Little Walk, which received good feedback both from sales of Index Living Mall and 100% full tenants of Little Walk.
Opened the 4th Index Living Mall franchise store in Vietnam in October 2022 after the success of the first 3 stores over the past 3 years, despite the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak.
The Company renovated BoConcept- Siam Paragon and reopened the store in May 2022. BoConcept is a Danish furniture brand that the Company operates as a franchise to expand its high-end customer base.
Due to the expiration of the lease agreement, the Company discontinued Index Furniture Center - The Mall Bangkae in July 2022. However, the Company will consider opening another store.
The Company’s Board of Directors resolved to approve the Company to enter into a joint venture agreement with Flash Express Company Limited the integrated E-Commerce service provider, to set up a new joint venture company providing delivery, assembling, and installation services of furniture and bulky items in Thailand. The new joint venture’s company registration is expected to complete by Q2/2023.
2021
Temporarily closed certain branches of Index Living Mall, The Walk and Little Walk according to the government lockdown restrictions for 29 provinces in maximum and strictly controlled areas to prevent the spread of COVID-19 from July 12 to August 31, 2021. After the situation improved, the government began easing restrictions on September 1, 2021 and announced a policy to reopen the country on November 1, 2021.
The Company entered into an agreement with COM7 Public Company Limited (COM7), a large smartphone and technology product retailer in Thailand, as a distributor of electrical appliances, mobile devices, and computer equipment at every branch of Index Living Mall. In the fourth quarter of 2021, the Company began delivering areas in the first phase to COM7 with 5 branches and will gradually expand to all branches in early 2022.
Launched two international franchises in Indonesia in the fourth quarter of 2021 in cooperation with a new partner, PT Mitra Adiperkasa (MAP Group), a large retail capital group in Indonesia with retail stores and leading stores for fashion, sporting goods, children’s clothing, food and beverages. These 2 branches have been well received in Jakarta, Indonesia in November and December 2021, respectively.
Discontinued Fashion Island-Ramintra branch of Index Furniture Center in October 2021 due to the expiration of the department store’s retail space agreement. The Company intends to open a stand-alone branch in a nearby area. The operating result of this branch was insignificant to the Company’s total sales. As a result, the Company decided to close the branch.
2020
There was a temporary closure of Index Living Mall, The Walk and Little Walk from March 22 to May 16, 2020 due to the government lockdown restrictions in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. However, there were some areas inside The Walk and Little Walk that were opened for service. These included supermarkets, restaurants (for take away service only), and pharmacies, etc. Every branch reopened on May 17, 2020.
The Company discontinued the Index Furniture Center at The Mall, Tha Phra Branch on January 14, 2020 due to the expiration of the long-term lease agreement. The Company also discontinued Index Furniture Center at Don Muang Airport branch in June 2020 because of the disruption in air travel due to the measures to stop the spread of COVID-19. The operating results of the branch did not significantly increase the total sales volume of the Company. As a result, the Company ceased the operation of the branch.
Discontinued a BoConcept store, in the Index Living Mall, Pattaya, on October 16, 2020, after the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic affected the sales volume of the store. This is one of the areas that had a relatively significant economic impact because its main source of income is from tourism and the purchasing power still has not returned to normal. The Company decided to cease the operations of the branch in order to reduce the expenses and properly manage the business.
Launched a 5th franchise of Index Living Mall in Yangon, Myanmar on June 2, 2020. Launched a 3rd franchise of Index Living Mall in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on December 3, 2020.
Launched Furinbox, a brand-new product that is a ready-to assemble furniture. Furinbox is an innovative furniture that resulted from a new design concept. The product was designed and developed to be multi-functional and convenient. The highlights of the product are its affordable price, easy to assemble, and it is accessible in all areas. The product was designed to penetrate the mass market and the new generation customers through online sales channels
Collaborated with NocNoc.com, the leading ecommerce platform that sells building materials and home furnishing products in order to enhance the Company’s potential in the online marketing of the Home Living category as well as stimulate the growth of online sales.
Cooperated with SCG, the leader in Innovative Houses, by officially opening a showroom called “Younique Customized Furniture, innovative customized furniture made as you desire” in SCG Experience Building in order to create opportunities to expand Younique’s customer base.
Cooperated with Boonthavorn Ceramic Company Limited, a leading business center for decorative materials, tiles, and sanitary ware, as well as bathroom, kitchen and home furnishings. A showroom called “Younique Customized Furniture, an innovative custom-made furniture as you desire” was opened at Boonthavorn Kaset Nawamin Branch in order to widen Younique’s customer base.
Cooperated with Landy Home (Thailand) Company Limited, the number 1 home building center in Thailand, in order to create direct access to customers who are in the process of building new homes.
Temporarily closed Index Living Mall, Mahachai Branch (December 19, 2020 to January 15, 2021) and Rayong Branch (December 28, 2020 to January 3, 2021) in compliance with the provincial governor’s mandate to stop the second wave of COVID-19 pandemic.

The Company was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (IPO) on July 26, 2019.
Index Living Mall, Chaiyaphruek Branch and Chanthaburi Branch were launched to cover the area of Nonthaburi and the east side respectively.
The first branch of WINNER Store in Ratchaburi was launched. This is a COCO store (Company Owned Company Operated).
The Company launched two branches of Index Living Mall in Vietnam. These are franchise stores in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Vietnam is a country with high growth potential for business expansion because of the recent high economic growth rate

The furniture brand MOMENTOUS, American-style luxury living furniture under the concept of "Living in the Moment", was launched at Siam Paragon Department Store
Home Service (Thailand) Company Limited changed its name to Index Living Mall Inter Company Limited. The Company received the franchise business from Patamasatayasonthi Family to provide franchise rights to foreign operators.
Adjusted the shareholder structure, registered to be a public company, increased registered capital to support the registration in the Stock Exchange of Thailand and issued an initial public offering.
Discontinued ILM Malaysia because the operating results did not meet the expectations and continued to have financial losses. Products were no longer sold in the store since September 2018 and the legal process continued to proceed.
Index Living Mall, Bang Kruai-Sai Noi Branch was launched. This is a potential area on the west side of Bangkok.
2017
The Little Walk Bang Na, a downsized community mall from The Walk, was officially launched to meet the lifestyle of the people in Bang Na area.
The first branch of Younique was launched at Index Living Mall, Rama 2 branch. Younique Customized Furniture 4.0 is a new custom-made furniture that can be customized by designs and multi-functions. It is fast and allows customers to stay within a budget. The Company is the first and only licensee in Thailand to use this technology which was granted by technology developers.
According to the resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting No. 12/2017, held on October 20, 2017, the Board resolved to increase the capital in ILM Malaysia from 30.0% to 51.0% of the total paid-up capital and changed its name to Index Living Mall Malaysia SDN. BHD. The Company managed and established the main policy in Index Living Mall Malaysia SDN. BHD.
Index Living Mall, Surin Branch and Rama 2 Branch were launched in order to cover more areas of customer service. These branches are located in potential areas of the Northeast region and metropolitan areas respectively.
2016
Established a subsidiary, Home Service (Thailand) Company Limited, to provide repair services, renovations and additional services related to housing.
Purchased additional shares in ILM Malaysia in accordance with the shareholding to launch more Index Living Mall in Malaysia.
Index Living Mall, Nakhon Pathom Branch and Chachoengsao Branch were launched. These potential locations are in metropolitan areas and in the Eastern region respectively.
The Walk Company Limited, a rental and retail space service business increased its registered and paid-up capital by 24.0 million Baht from 1.0 million Baht to 25.0 million Baht with a par value of 100.0 Baht.
