Index Living Mall Public Company Limited (ILM) begins 2025 with a flexible strategic plan designed to respond to evolving consumer behavior and continually changing market conditions. To welcome the New Year and Chinese New Year season, ILM is launching the ‘Index Clearance Sale’ campaign under a “when it’s gone, it’s gone” concept, offering discounts of up to 80% to meet consumers’ increasingly cautious spending patterns.
In addition, ILM is participating in the government’s Easy E‑Receipt 2.0 (2025) measure, enabling customers to claim tax deductions of up to THB 30,000, with issuance of e‑Tax Invoice and e‑Receipt for purchases at all Index Living Mall branches nationwide and via online channels. The company expects the campaign to help drive sales growth in line with its targets.
Ms. Kritchanok Patamasatayasonthi, Managing Director of ILM, stated that Thailand’s 2025 economic outlook remains challenging, driven by high living costs and household debt, while the real estate sector is expected to remain stable with growth mainly in high-end housing and select high‑potential locations such as Phuket. Tourism is expected to rebound strongly; the Tourism Authority of Thailand has set a target of 40 million visitors and forecasts tourism receipts of THB 2.2 trillion. Spending during Chinese New Year (28 January–2 February 2025) is projected to rise by more than 3% year‑on‑year, and GDP growth in 2025 is expected to be close to 3% (University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce).
