Index Living Mall Public Company Limited (ILM) reported 2024 total revenue of 9,890.2 million THB and net profit of 745.3 million THB, marking a new record for the third consecutive year. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) approved a dividend of THB 1.00 per share for the 2024 fiscal year, with THB 0.25 per share already paid as an interim dividend and the remaining THB 0.75 per share scheduled for payment on 23 May 2025 after the XD date on 9 May 2025.

The company also announced its 2025 business plan, emphasizing agility, consumer behavior responsiveness, and sustainable growth under its 3-year strategy (2024–2026) targeting double-digit expansion. The meeting was held in a hybrid format at ILM Headquarters.
