Index Living Mall Public Company Limited (ILM) has mobilized a major organizational relief effort in response to the severe flooding in Hatyai, bringing together executives, employees, and staff members to deliver urgent assistance through the project ‘Friends Helping Friends – We Will Not Leave Anyone Behind.’ The support has been directed to ILM Hatyai branch employees as well as flood-affected residents across Hatyai. ILM has also partnered with the Department of Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce, to provide essential household products at special prices to help families restore and repair their homes after the water recedes, as part of the nationwide recovery initiative ‘United Thai Spirit to Restore the South.’

Ms. Kritchanok Patamasatayasonthi, Managing Director of Index Living Mall, emphasized the importance of social responsibility as a core component of sustainable business: “One of the core principles of long-term business growth is operating with responsibility toward society. This is why Index Living Mall fosters a culture of giving—encouraging our employees to understand the value of sharing and to participate in creating positive impact for the community.”

ILM delivered more than 100 relief bags, along with essential goods including bedding, kitchenware, daily necessities, and additional financial contributions from head office employees. Assistance valued at over THB 1,000,000 has already been deployed to ILM Hatyai staff, the local community, Songklanagarind Hospital Foundation, and the Ruamkatanyu ‘Doing Good Foundation’ led by public figure Panadda Wongphudee.

As part of the ‘United Thai Spirit to Restore the South’ project, ILM is offering up to 80% discounts on over 200 SKUs—from furniture and mattresses to pillows, bedding, cleaning supplies, and household essentials—exclusively at ILM Hatyai and ILM Nakhon Si Thammarat branches, from 15 December 2025 to 7 January 2026, daily from 9:00 to 18:00.

Ms. Kritchanok added: “No matter how difficult the crisis, no one has to stand alone.
